1] Family Maids is a professional cleaning service, fully insured and bonded.

2] We provide all of our own cleaning supplies, vacuums and equipment.

3] Our employees wear Family Maids uniforms to identify themselves.

4] Our employees do not smoke or eat in your home.

5] We normally work in teams of two, occasionally it could be more.

6] Since we do no billing, we appreciate full payment upon completion of our work for you. Would you please leave a check written to Family Maids in the kitchen for our team Captain to locate (any check returned due to insufficient funds may be subject to additional charges).

7] If you have pets, our employees do appreciate it when they are secured and that you pick up
after them.

8] Due to the individual care that plants require, we are not able to maintain them.
