1] Please make sure your home is accessible to us. Most of our regular customers provide us with a key.
2] If you have a burglar alarm, please insure that it is in an "Off" position.
3] If it is necessary for you to cancel or skip your regular cleaning day, we appreciate at least a 24 to 48 hour notice. If we receive less notice or upon arrival we cannot enter your home, it may be necessary for us to assess a $15.00 fee to cover expenses.
4] If you have any valuables or heirlooms, etc., it would be helpful if they would be put away to avoid any accidents.
5] If you have small children, please make sure they are not left alone to be exposed to any cleaning supplies. Some products would be harmful if swallowed.
6] Last, but not least, please call us if you are happy or unhappy with the quality of our work. We sincerely appreciate your compliments, they are all passes on to our employees. Also, any suggestions you have to improve our service is very much appreciated.
